We’re seeking someone to fill our Finance Manager position.
The Financial Manager will possess the skills necessary to identify and troubleshoot reported issues in the following areas: financial, legal, and human resources. The position will also work with the cyber department on audits/exams as well as work with the marketing team as necessary.
Financial Department Responsibilities include all day-to-day accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Inventory, General Ledger; Month/Year End Preparation; Financial Statements; Budget preparation and maintenance; Contracts; and tax preparation work.
The position will also require working with our Cybersecurity department on vendor management, annual audits, and the review of personnel information. In addition, Human Resources responsibilities will include the management and maintenance of personnel records, payroll processing, and management of the hiring process.
