Lasco Employees Make Jacobetti Home for Veterans Donation
Lasco presented a donation to the D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans. This donation was made possible by the money raised by employees from their “Friday Jeans Day” donations.
Every Friday, Lasco employees have the opportunity to pay $1 to wear casual clothes. This money is then matched by Lasco and gifted to a non-profit or charitable cause. Donations are made quarterly. Previous donations have gone to Project Jade, Courage Incorporated, First Bank’s Pack the Backpacks campaign, and many more.
For the last several years, Lasco has combined 3rd and 4th quarter money for the Jacobetti Home for Veterans donation. This year’s donation will be used to fund activities that enhance the quality of life for residents.
