1. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Default: Yes, your content may be used for AI training.
Opt-Out Steps:
Go to Meta Privacy Center (Facebook/Instagram settings).
Navigate to AI Data Usage Settings.
Submit an opt-out request and confirm via email.

Opt-Out Steps:
Go to Settings & Privacy > Privacy and Safety.
Select Data Sharing and AI Training.
Toggle off Allow AI Training on My Content.
