2025 Charity Golf Outing
The 2025 Charity Golf Outing was a huge success! It was lovely to spend the day at Indian Lake Golf Course in Manistique, MI.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2025 Outing and thank you to all of the sponsors. We had a great turnout, and, despite some clouds, a few raindrops, and the cool weather, we had a fun day of golf!
Our charity this year is the Schoolcraft County Community Foundation in memory of our friend and colleague Chris Gonyea, who is sorely missed. Chris was a proud supporter of his community. We raised over $5,200 in Chris’ honor, and these funds will do a great amount of good for his community.
Thank you to Julie Barr of the Schoolcraft County Community Foundation for attending our awards ceremony and accepting our donation. The Schoolcraft County Community Foundation began in 1994. To date, the Foundation has distributed over $120,000 to support community projects, scholarships, and community needs in Schoolcraft County.
